Initial Immigration Consultation
We offer initial consultation with our Colorado immigration lawyers either in our Boulder and lakewood/Denver offices or by telephone. The minimum time is 30 minutes for a fee of $90.00. You can also schedule a 60 minute initial consultation for a fee of $150. If you sign a contract to retain our immigration law firm for a complete case within five business days of the initial consultation, we will credit half of your initial consultation fee to the cost of your case.

Follow Up Consultations
Follow up consultations are charged at rate of $125-175.00 for thirty minutes, depending on the attorney you consult with. The minimum available follow up consultation is thirty minutes. These follow up consultation fees are never credited to a full case if you eventually retain our law firm. Generally, individuals who seek follow up consultations are wanting advice to handle their own case.
Individuals who want to handle their own case sometimes request our immigration attorneys review their documents. We now offer this service in minimum one hour increments. The fee for this is $540.00 for the first hour. Additional hours will be charged at our normal attorney hourly rates, which range from $225 - 315.00, depending on the attorney with whom you are working. The immigration attorney will review any documents that you prepare and will suggest corrections as needed.
Reduced Fee Immigration Consultations
Between 3:30 and 4:00pm on the fourth Monday of the month, we offer 30 minute initial immigration consultations at our Denver office at a reduced fee of $40. To schedule a reduced fee consultation, please call our office at 303-442-8554, to insure a consultation slot remains available.
If you need to cancel or re-schedule an appointment, you must notify our office at least two business days in advance of any scheduled appointment.
